Terms of Service

Resident services. Fitness and wellness programming delivered through participating residential communities — classes, events, and related amenities. What is available depends on your building and its agreement with Fyrefit.

Fyrefit Training. A digital training product: structured programs, guided workouts, exercise demonstrations, and progress tracking.

These are separate products. Having an account does not by itself grant access to both.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Resident access depends on an active relationship with a participating property. We may end resident access if that relationship ends.

Fyrefit provides fitness and wellness content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition.

Exercise carries risk. Work within your ability, use equipment as intended, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk.

Where a paid membership is offered, the price, billing period, and what is included are shown before you purchase. Memberships renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change, with notice, and never retroactively for a period already paid.

Use Fyrefit for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not share your account, copy or redistribute our programmes and videos, attempt to access another member's or another property's information, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

Programmes, workouts, videos, written coaching, branding, and the software itself belong to Fyrefit or its licensors. Your membership is permission to use them, not ownership of them.

We work to keep the services running but cannot promise they will always be available or uninterrupted. We may add, change, or withdraw features. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly.

You may stop using Fyrefit and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where required to protect members, staff, or a property partner.
